  1. Layer new layer, for your second layer, put in your photo

Screen Shot 2016-04-19 at 12.05.38 PM

5.Now we need to “cut out” the windows. You can do this with the ERASER

Or LASSO or MAGIC WAND.

I used the Magic wand. Click on the windows with magic wand. If you get an error message, go to eraser, erase what magic wand highlights, After you do that once, you should be able to just click with the magic wand and hit delete key on keyboard.

6.Once you have “cut out” the windows, save this as a JPEG

(File- save as- name it and change format to JPEG)

7.Now, drag jpeg into FINAL CUT PRO (for imovie- google green screen directions)

I put the movie UNDERNEATH my jpeg photo

I also downloaded JAWS music using youtube to mp3 and put it on bottom.

  1. Now you need to KEY the green

Click on EFFECTS

effects

Click on KEYING

keyingM

Click on KEYER and DRAG AND DROP onto the jpeg

keyer

Now your sharks will SWIM by your windows.

Here is a VIDEO of it

Here is a photo of it

You can add ANOTHER LAYER if you want. You and your friends can film each other gazing out the windows. As long as you are in front of a green screen, you can add it to Final Cut (a 4th layer) and you will be watching the sharks swim by!
